Lord Sterling is a trade name of Clean & Craft, a Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands. KVK: 42119058. VAT ID: NL005509262B11. Public information pages are open without an account; Discover and personal features currently require sign-in. A free account can read the free catalogue selection. Premium subjects remain subject to membership and safety restrictions.
Your content: ownership and limited licence
You keep ownership of your content. Lord Sterling does not take ownership. By submitting or publishing eligible content, you grant Lord Sterling a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce technically, display, format for devices, resize or crop images where technically necessary, and distribute that content through Lord Sterling, including feeds, search, profiles and previews. Reasonable excerpts or previews of published Discoveries may be used to promote Lord Sterling or the published Discovery. The licence is limited to operating, presenting and promoting Lord Sterling. It does not grant exclusive rights, unrelated resale rights, unrestricted sublicensing or unlimited commercial exploitation outside Lord Sterling. Any permissions given to hosting, storage or delivery providers are limited to the technical work necessary to operate the service. Moderation and publication review do not transfer your ownership, and payment never guarantees publication.
Removal from publication and retained records
When eligible creator content is removed from normal publication, normal public display should stop. Removal does not necessarily erase payment records, moderation records, publication history, audit history, backup copies or records needed for legal, accounting or security reasons, where applicable. This does not promise total deletion or establish a new retention period.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Lord Sterling. Conspiracy & Claims remains restricted to eligible members aged 18 or older. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate others or share access irresponsibly. Account setup includes an email address, display name, self-declared birthday, country or region, language and reading interests. These details do not themselves purchase or grant membership. You must provide your date of birth. Age information is self-declared; Lord Sterling does not currently independently verify age or identity. Stronger privacy-preserving age assurance may be introduced later where appropriate. Normal access is paused if a valid date of birth is missing or shows an age below 16; essential legal, privacy, support and account-request access remains available.
Current memberships and allowances
The Investor includes Finance & Stock Market and 20 Sterling/Counsel exchanges per month. The Conspiracist includes Conspiracy & Claims, subject to its safeguards, and 20 exchanges. Knowledge Duo combines those subject memberships and includes 30 exchanges. Creator includes 20 exchanges, 15 Sterling Design and 15 Your Design publication Archives per month, and three Create with Sterling sessions per month. Sterling Pro includes both premium subjects, Creator features, 100 exchanges, 25 publications of each design type, ten creation sessions per month and an ad-free experience. Free accounts have ten exchanges per month and five complimentary publication Archives over the account lifetime. Publication Archives are distinct from preserving existing Discoveries. Account & Billing displays remaining allowances and reset dates. Membership is not permission to bypass review or safety restrictions.
One-off purchases and human interaction
Sterling Credits provide additional AI exchanges after the monthly allowance and do not expire under the current product rules. They do not grant membership, premium subjects or creation-session allowances. Eligible accounts can buy additional Create with Sterling sessions and publication options shown in the product. A creation session includes an initial generation and up to two revisions; generation or payment does not guarantee publication. Human discussions, Preserve, Share and private chat do not consume Sterling Credits. Create Free has no AI-generation charge; publication eligibility and any displayed publication allowance or charge are separate.
Subscriptions and checkout
Memberships are offered with monthly or annual recurring billing through Stripe. Annual memberships still have monthly allowance windows. Review the current price, billing interval, tax and final payable total shown before confirming. Billing details, including business and VAT information where relevant, must be accurate. The current accountant-directed tax treatment is applied at checkout; this document does not establish a different rate, exemption or tax policy. An incomplete or failed payment does not grant new paid access or refresh allowances.
Upgrades, cancellation and lower plans
Supported upgrades show a Stripe-calculated review of the resulting memberships, unused-time credit, new charge, tax, amount due and renewal timing before confirmation. Verified payment starts the new paid allowance period; opening or submitting a quote does not. Investor plus Conspiracist is consolidated into Knowledge Duo; adding Creator to Duo, or combining all three, results in Sterling Pro. Compatible retained memberships may share a new billing interval shown in the review. Cancel renewal through Account & Billing or the available billing portal: cancellation normally retains access through the verified paid period. Refund/dispute holds and account safety restrictions can still apply. The current interface does not offer a general self-service downgrade or a lower-plan selection from Pro. Contact support about unavailable changes; do not assume an immediate downgrade, cash refund or a future change has been scheduled.
Payment records, requests and disputes
Account & Billing provides available invoice/payment references and accepts withdrawal, billing-error, service-failure and goodwill requests. You may also request help at cleanandcraftnl@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the payment or order and explain the issue. We aim to handle requests promptly and helpfully: verify the payment and account, review service and usage state where relevant, decide, and process a refund if approved. Billing errors, duplicate payments and clear service failures should be handled quickly after verification. Used digital credits, sessions or benefits may require a usage review before a decision. Requests and decisions must remain durably recorded. A request receipt is not refund approval. Withdrawal and refund requests are handled according to applicable consumer rights and the actual service/use state. This is neither automatic approval nor a blanket no-refund rule. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved; no additional statutory deadline is asserted. Refunds/disputes can place related purchases or access under review.
Support Lord Sterling
Support Lord Sterling is voluntary platform support. It is not a donation or charitable contribution, and no tax-deductible status is represented. It grants no membership, Sterling Credits, AI sessions or premium access. The amount selected is the final payable amount under the existing tax-inclusive Support calculation; any applicable tax is handled within that amount. Stripe processes payment and the available invoice/reference is linked to the Support record. Support does not buy publication, influence a review or replace a subscription.
Your contributions and publication review
You are responsible for the content, sources and images you submit and for having the rights needed to use them. Create Free is human-authored; Create with Sterling produces AI-assisted material that you must check. Publication checks cover structure, educational value, sources, image relevance and safety. Automated checks may pass, block or refer a submission for staff review; uncertain cases can require staff review. Payment or membership never guarantees publication. Content can remain unpublished, be restricted or be hidden through the existing review and moderation processes.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, spam, impersonation, doxxing, infringement, malware, credential theft or attempts to bypass controls. Do not fabricate evidence, promote scams or present harmful high-stakes misinformation or unsupported accusations against private people as established facts. Respect privacy, copyright and source integrity. Access does not transfer ownership or automatically authorize redistribution. Claims and sensitive material
Conspiracy & Claims requires a qualifying Conspiracist, Knowledge Duo or Sterling Pro entitlement, an eligible account, a stored birthday showing age 18 or older and acknowledgement of the current Claims entry notice. A new notice version can require acknowledgement again. The previous Settings mature-content toggle is no longer the access mechanism. Saved references do not override access restrictions. A classification such as DOCUMENTED says that an event or record is documented; it does not establish every explanation, allegation or motive.
Reporting, moderation and appeals
Members can report supported content or users and use block/mute controls. Authorized staff can review reports, record warnings, restrict discussion, publishing or contributions, and suspend or ban accounts under the existing moderation process. Content may be hidden or restored. Account notices and eligible free appeals are available in the account moderation area; an appeal does not automatically reverse a decision. These descriptions do not create additional moderation powers or change the existing standards.
AI, sources and availability
Counsel, Ask Sterling, creation assistance, translations and some review checks use AI. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading; sources and translations need checking. AI conversations are not confidential professional advice. Content is educational, not personalized medical, legal or financial advice. External source sites have their own operators and practices. The platform does not promise error-free content or uninterrupted availability. No wording here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections.
Deletion and contact
You can permanently delete an ordinary eligible draft and its own image copies only through the owner-confirmed, version-checked deletion control. Submitted, published or reviewed content, creation-session drafts, funded sessions and payment history are outside that control. A minimal deletion record prevents a stale tab recreating a deleted draft. Account closure or broader deletion requests go to cleanandcraftnl@gmail.com; there is no promise of immediate self-service erasure of every record.
