Account and authentication
Supabase provides email authentication, verification, password recovery and session handling. Account records include identifiers, email and authentication state. Private setup details include self-declared birthday, country or region, setup completion and interface language. Birthday supports the general 16+ requirement and the Claims 18+ eligibility check. Age is self-declared and is not independently verified. We do not make your full birthday public or use it for advertising targeting inside Lord Sterling. Country used for account preferences is separate from the billing details used for tax. The application does not offer identity-document or biometric collection.
Profile and visibility
Profile records can contain username, display name, picture, bio, optional location, joined date and visibility preferences. Public profiles expose the fields described by the profile setting to signed-in members; a public profile does not make private account details, My Archive, The Record or AI conversations public. Content you publish or send in discussions and messages is visible in its permitted context. Profile visibility is not a promise to conceal your identity when you contribute or contact someone.
Reading, Preserve and personal records
We store preserved Discovery references, completion/source-opening/AI-inquiry activity and reading preferences to provide My Archive, activity summaries and Discover ordering. Sterling Score reflects currently preserved Discoveries; it is separate from recommendation ranking. The Record can hold goals, commitments, disciplines, wins and coaching information you choose to add. Personal records remain separate from your public profile.
Integrated search personalization
Submitting a search from the main Discover search bar automatically attempts to record eligible search evidence for your account; there is no separate checkbox. The stored evidence includes normalized search text, time and a matched subject or channel. The current filters reject URL-, email- and credential-like searches and searches that cannot be matched to a subject or channel; filtering is not a guarantee that submitted text contains no personal information. Keystrokes are not recorded as search evidence. Pagination and subject/channel drill-down requests do not create new search evidence. Recording and personalized ranking respect the account-level Discover personalization setting, which can be changed through supported Sterling preference instructions. Disabling personalization retains existing history but stops its use for personalized ordering and new search-evidence recording. Ranking uses a 90-day search-evidence window; that is not a promise to delete stored events after 90 days. Search evidence is private to the account and does not grant premium access.
Social activity and notifications
The service stores discussion comments, replies, reactions, mentions, conversation participants, private messages and shared Discovery references, along with timestamps, read/unread state, notification destinations and preferences. Block, mute and report records support safety. Private messages are limited to authorized participants in ordinary product access; they are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Reported material can be handled through authorized safety review. Where browser push is enabled and you opt in, delivery uses a browser push subscription and its endpoint/keys; availability depends on service configuration and browser permission.
Creator content and uploads
Creator records include draft text, sources, selected artwork or uploaded images, versions, publication state and review outcomes. Uploaded images are validated and converted for use in the product. Draft/image snapshots and publication history support review and recovery. Publication makes the approved content available to eligible readers; saving a draft does not itself publish it.
AI conversations, creation and translation
Counsel and Ask Sterling store conversation history for continuity. Requests can send relevant conversation, coaching/profile context and server-resolved Discovery context to OpenAI. Create with Sterling sends your submitted instructions, source material and relevant images for generation and review. Automated publication and image checks may send submitted content for educational/safety assessment. Content translation can process accessible Discoveries, profiles, comments and private messages in the selected language; translated results are cached against the source version and access remains checked. Translation does not publish private content. Usage records include account/session references, request and review state, allowance reservations, token/cost measurements and failure/recovery information. Do not treat AI or translations as always correct or as confidential professional communications.
Billing, subscriptions and Support
Billing records include the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, purchased offers, paid periods, allowance/credit usage, payment and invoice references, currency, amounts, tax treatment and verification state, refunds/disputes and request history. Billing profiles contain name, address, country, individual/business status and VAT details when applicable. Voluntary Support has its own amount, payment and invoice record and grants no product entitlement. Stripe-hosted pages collect payment-method information; Lord Sterling does not implement a card-number or security-code storage field. Payment-related identifiers and history are retained separately from ordinary creator draft deletion.
Preferences and agreement records
We record interface language, reading preferences, profile visibility, notification choices and versioned Terms/Claims acknowledgements. Historical mature-content preferences may remain as records, but the current Claims gate uses eligibility and entry acknowledgement. Optional email-update consent is separate and unchecked at signup; its choice, version, source, timestamp and change history are stored and can be changed in Profile. No newsletter campaign sender is currently active. Necessary account email is separate from that optional choice.
Platform promotions
Current configuration permits internal Lord Sterling promotions and closes external advertiser creation/delivery and advertising payments. Internal delivery uses in-platform display/session receipts, counts and interaction records to apply placement and frequency controls. Sterling Pro is ad-free. Where personalized promotional targeting is used, the separate recorded preference gates declared interests, account language and broad country/region; birthday is not used for that targeting. These controls are separate from search personalization and optional email updates. No external advertising pixel or marketing cookie integration was found in the current implementation.
Technical operation and analytics
Hosting, authentication, billing and application services process technical request/error information to operate, secure and recover the service. Logs can include operational identifiers, timestamps, status/error codes and usage measurements. Vercel Web Analytics is enabled on the main path, About and legal pages in production. Personal route paths are excluded and query strings/fragments are removed from the page URL before analytics transmission. Analytics concerns site usage and device/browser/referrer information; it is separate from account search evidence. See Cookie Information for storage details.
Age and content rights
The general service minimum age is 16; Conspiracy & Claims remains 18+ with the existing self-declared birthday, qualifying entitlement, eligibility and acknowledgement safeguards. Creator ownership stays with the creator. Technical handling and reasonable promotion of published content are limited by the Terms licence. Removal from normal display does not promise erasure of payment, moderation, publication, audit, backup or legally necessary records.
Service providers
Supabase supports authentication, database records and profile-image storage. Vercel hosts the application and provides Web Analytics. Stripe processes checkout, billing-portal access, subscriptions, payment/invoice records and related payment verification. Resend is configured as the SMTP provider for authentication emails sent through Supabase. OpenAI supports AI conversations, creation, content translation and automated review where enabled. Support correspondence uses the published Gmail address. Browser push, when enabled, uses the browser vendor delivery service. External source sites operate independently. This notice does not promise EU-only processing, a particular provider retention period or unverified contractual safeguards.
Retention, deletion and requests
There is no implemented universal retention period or self-service delete-everything account control. Contact cleanandcraftnl@gmail.com for access, correction, closure or deletion requests. Ordinary eligible draft deletion removes that draft and its own image copies after ownership, confirmation, version and eligibility checks; a minimal deletion identity record remains to prevent recreation. Submitted/published/reviewed content, creation-session records, funded sessions, billing/payment/invoice records and moderation/audit history are not removed through that draft control. Removing a Preserve removes the saved reference, not the published Discovery. Removing content from ordinary display does not necessarily erase audit or review history. Applicable retention requirements and exceptions must be assessed for a request; no automatic erasure deadline or accounting retention period is asserted here.

You can edit available account/profile settings, change supported Discover preferences and optional email choices, and use notification, block and mute controls.
