Eligibility and creator ownership
Lord Sterling is for people aged 16 or older; Conspiracy & Claims remains 18+ under its existing safeguards. Creators keep ownership of their content and grant only the limited, non-exclusive operating/presentation/promotion licence described in the Terms. Review, restrictions and removal do not transfer ownership. Payment never guarantees publication.
Evidence and responsible framing
Distinguish facts, allegations, interpretations and uncertainty. Use traceable sources, explain their limits and make credible disagreement visible. Do not fabricate citations or imply that the existence of a source proves its claim. We remain responsible for editorial framing even when citing third parties.
VERIFIED
The central factual claim is supported by strong authoritative and/or independently corroborated evidence under Lord Sterling's editorial standard. This is an evidence assessment, not a statement of belief.
DOCUMENTED
Reliable primary or authoritative documentation confirms that the described event, program, document, statement or activity existed or occurred. This does not validate every interpretation, motive or broader theory surrounding it.
DISPUTED
Credible evidence or credible sources materially disagree about the central claim or its interpretation. The disagreement must remain visible rather than implying a consensus.
UNVERIFIED
Available reliable evidence is currently insufficient to establish the claim as true, even when the claim is historically or intellectually interesting.
DEBUNKED
Strong evidence contradicts the central claim, or key supporting evidence has been shown to be false, fabricated, misidentified or materially misleading.
HISTORICAL THEORY
A historically significant theory, allegation or interpretation studied as a cultural, intellectual or historical phenomenon, without presenting it as established fact.
Claims access and sensitive material
Conspiracy & Claims uses qualifying membership, account eligibility, a stored self-declared birthday showing age 18 or older and the current entry acknowledgement. It is not independent age verification and there is no longer a mature-content access toggle in Settings. Educational material may discuss propaganda, violence or disturbing history. Context matters; gratuitous detail, sensationalism, dehumanisation and encouragement of harm are not justified by a category label.
Creator submissions and review
Human-authored and AI-assisted submissions must meet the existing structure, educational-value, source, image-relevance and safety checks. AI assistance or payment does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Automatic checks can block or refer uncertain submissions for staff review. Relevant educational images are assessed in context; a safe but unrelated image can still fail relevance review. Creators remain responsible for checking their contributions.
People, rights and safety
Do not promote harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, doxxing, scams, impersonation, spam or unsupported defamatory accusations against private individuals. Respect privacy, copyright and source integrity. Do not present medical or other high-stakes misinformation as settled advice. Urgent danger should be addressed through appropriate emergency services, not this platform.
Discussion, reporting and moderation
Discussion comments, replies, mentions, private messaging and creator publishing are active features. Use the available reporting and block/mute controls for concerns. Authorized staff can hide or restore supported content, issue warnings, restrict discussion/publishing/contributions, or suspend/ban an account through the existing moderation workflow. Account notices and eligible appeals are available without a fee in the account moderation area. These descriptions do not expand the existing decision types or promise that every report produces a particular outcome.
Corrections and appeals
Claims Discoveries include evidence classifications, rationale and sources. A classification can change as evidence changes without creating a new Discovery. Report a possible correction with its reference, the specific statement and relevant sources to cleanandcraftnl@gmail.com. Use the account notices/appeal route for eligible moderation decisions, or contact support if you cannot access it.
